Who me, direct sales?
Becoming an Independent Broker is easier than you think.
- What if I don't have a sales background?
- Will I receive support and training?
- What would I actually be doing?
A number of options are available to you as a Tutor Shield Broker to increase your income - either on a part-time or full-time basis.
How does this work exactly?
Let's get down to it right now.
Non Broker Options:
You join as a tutor (free), as a student (paid), and nothing else. Students pick tutors and tutors get paid directly. Students pay membership fee.
That's it.
Broker Options:
First, brokers can be anyone: a student, a tutor, a person at large.
Second, brokers pay monthly membership fees just like students, because actually you are becoming a student member. You can use the service of tutors at a discount as a paid member.
Tutors who sign up to be brokers pay membership fees as if students, as would anyone who becomes a broker.
Anyone can sign up to be a broker, but tutors can do both: tutor and broker. And as a broker you can sign up members to be students. You can even tutor these students. You get a commission for signing up students, but you can also "double dip" if you also tutor these same students. By "double dip" we mean you are getting paid to tutor and also a commission on that student you bring in.

Tutors can tutor, sign up other people as brokers, and their own students can be brokers because technically they are already paying us the membership fee.
Students are brokers already. Brokers can be students if they want tutors. Tutors who just tutor must pay the membership fee to become brokers or students.
That's right, students are already brokers, so it is a good idea to find your own students, too (but you don't have to).
So when tutors decide to become brokers, they are agreeing to pay membership fees, just like students do. The key is the monthly membership fee. The fee students pay to be tutored is the same fee tutors pay to be brokers.
Now your team of tutors can tutor students, and double dip those students by tutoring them, and then those students/brokers can finding students, or sign up more tutors to broker or just be tutors.
If you just tutor and do not sign up to be a broker, then all you get is money from students directly. And that's just fine.
If we send the students, however, there is usually no broker commission for the tutor who gets the students... usually... unless we are offering incentives to you for some good reason. We are not going to try to compete with you in getting students but we do have to do it for tutors who are not brokers, don't we?
Did you get that?
Tutors get students from us, because they chose you off the website. You take the students.
It is when you are directly responsible for bringing in students who pay us membership fees that you get commissions. This also appiles to everyone in your team whom you signed up to be brokers. You get paid for what you do, what your team does, as far down as 5 generations away.
That is the power of people.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing actually. No application fee, no sign up costs, except of course becoming a member with the monthly membership fee. Otherwise, no one would get credit for... you!
What kind of training do you get?
Sales is all about selling yourself. You receive as much training as you need in weekly meetings, direct contact with your team, and the management team.
SUMMARY:
The income potential is unlimited when you become a broker with Tutor Shield, if not a little confusing. Just remember, sign up members, sometimes you may tutor them, and get commissions on everyone you bring in as members. If you were looking at starting a traditional business you should see the advantages of being a Tutor Shield broker.
Which would you rather do? Start a franchise costing thousands or start a franchise of "1"?
